Duncan Field, and is a city-owned, public-use airport located 1 nautical mile (1.9 km; 1.2 mi) northwest of the central business district of Peru, a city in LaSalle County, Illinois, United States.  The airport was opened in November 1985.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The airport hosts the TBM Avenger Reunion every year in May ( https:\/\/tbmreunion.org\/ ).  One of the remaining TBM Avenger aircraft is based fulltime at VYS.  That hangar has been recreated and pictures were posted of the Reunion along with some other fabulous photos of the aircraft in action.
